The truth is, every apartment benefits from thoughtful layout planning—but it’s especially critical for smaller spaces and city apartments, were you pay a premium price for every squere meter.

We’ve built our expertise on the toughest challenges: cramped old apartment bathrooms that can’t be enlarged, awkward hallways, undersized kitchens. For every home size, there’s an optimal balance of rooms, bathrooms, storage, and living space. We consider all these factors—plus the practical reality of how furniture actually fits and how people move through spaces.

While 2D floor plans are essential, we also work in real-time 3D during planning. This helps us see the complete picture and ensure every decision is both functional and aesthetically right.
